D-Phi Summer Sorority’s unparalleled programs foster growth through a philosophy of mind-body connection. Each sister is encouraged to confidently embrace challenge and to comfortably excel at being herself. D-Phi imparts these ideals through our fun and creative girl2girl inspired programs combined with the excitement and energy of fitness activities supported by real life role models. Our day camp program uses the spectacular facilities of Camp Green Acres located in Markham.

Our focus is on ENJOYMENT of each activity in order to promote a lifetime of wellness and confidence in each camper.

To accomplish this, the sorority program will focus on five elements:

1.Fitness: yoga, rock climbing, hip hop dance, belly dance, kickboxing, pilates, self defense, boot camp and more!
2.Nutrition Education
3.Girl2Girl Chats: body image, self-respect, personal health, peer pressure, mean girls, self awareness etc.
4.Sports: basketball, soccer, frisbee, fitness walking, boxing, swimming
5.D-Zine: scrapbooking, jewelry making, beauty products, home décor projects

D-Phi’s program should be an important part of every girl’s summer camp experience.
